High performance butterfly valve should pay attention to the following five aspects when installing.
1. When high performance butterfly valve is installed, the disc must be closed in the closed position.
2, the open position is best judged by the rotating viewpoint of the butterfly plate.
3. Butterfly valve with bypass valve. Turn on the bypass valve before opening.
4. Installation according to the manufacturer's installation instructions, as for those heavy butterfly valves, to be equipped with a solid base.
5. The butterfly plate of the butterfly valve is placed in the diameter direction of the pipe. In the cylindrical passage of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis, and the rotation viewpoint is between 0 and 90 degrees. When it rotates to 90 degrees, the valve is fully open.
